Hi everyone! Thank you for continuing to follow along on my Instagram to see what I’ve been up to, as I haven’t been doing as many blog posts lately. I’ve been busy with work and freelance writing, and the winter weather and season change over the past few months has been taken a bit of a toll on my mental health, so when I am not doing the things I have to do, I’ve been focusing on self care — lots of reading, cat cuddles, journaling and art, as well as walks with my puppy up until the recent chill.
Doing teagrams and other posts has been all I’ve felt up to, though I’ve been drinking a ton of tea — WAYYYYY more than I post about. I also recently signed on to be an Adagio Teas Instagram rep again this winter/spring, and have a cool giveaway coming up soon with Tea Rebellion. And a very exciting trip planned for later on this year.
I’m definitely ready to get back to more regular blog posts, and my goal for this year is to expand my blog into full-on self care, including but not limited to relaxation routines, book reviews, fashion finds and healthy recipes. Tea is a big part of my self care routine, but I really want to share other things that bring me joy and comfort.
