Review: Treets Tradition bath tea “healing in harmony”

A good bath is always wonderful and is an important part of self-care. Having a nighttime routine and incorporating relaxation into your life is very crucial to wellness. Baths help you wind down and recharge after a stressful day.

Nighttime self care is made even better by the right bath products. My friend Rachel from Life of a Female Bibliophile got me Treets Traditions healing in harmony tea bags, for our holiday gift exchange.

The smell of this is relaxing, the ingredients leave my skin feeling soft and moisturized, but not overly oily. It’s also natural, with no SLS, SLES, parabens, silicones, colourants and mineral oils.

Ingredients: Sodium Chloride, Avena Sativa (Oat) Bran, Sodium Bicarbonate, Sodium Carbonate, Sodium Sesquicarbonate, Sodium Lactate, Magnesium Sulfate, Parfum (Fragrance), Chamomilla Recutita (Matricaria) Flower, Lavandula Angustifolia (Lavender) Flower, Vitis Vinifera (Grape) Seed Oil, Calendula Officinalis Flower, Silica, Hibiscus Sabdariffa Flower Powder, Colloidal Oatmeal, Coumarin, Hexyl Cinnamal, Limonene, Linalool.

Lavender, chamomile and oatmeal stood out to me aromatically and blended with other florals for a nice, clean smell. It was both soothing and relaxing. Plus taking a bath in a big tub of tea is really fun! I’ll definitely be buying this when I use it all up.

Let me know in the comments what kinds of tea related bath products you’ve used!
