Nobody likes being sick. The sniffles, the achy feelings and not being able to do what you’d normally do. But by taking care of yourself, you can make it through and feel better soon. This week, this was my life. But when I don’t feel good, some things help me feel a little better.
Keeping hydrated with an herbal tea, eating soup and oranges, cuddling with my kittens and taking time for yourself are just a few of the things I discuss in my latest Youtube video.
